continues to develop tools and
systems to make maintenance
operations more precise and
safe.
We have always designed
and manufactured ergonomic
compressors because we
know how important it is to
include them in the production
environment in a simple way
and to manage them easily and
safely. A machine, however
perfect, needs to be maintained
in efficient conditions with an
eye to the MTTR (Mean Time
To Repair), lengthening the
MTBM (Mean Time Between
Maintenance).
Intelligent design creates
the conditions for rapid and
effective maintenance, but the
right tools can optimize it: they
allow faster, more accurate
operations with less risk of
any damage to the parts.
They make the compressor
more productive, reducing
the machine downtime and
the technical expenses for
maintaining the performance
levels. For this, SIAD Macchine
Impianti has prepared
specific maintenance tools
kits for each of its lines of
compressors.

Training courses on ordinary
maintenance: do you want more
information and details?
SIAD Macchine Impianti also
organizes specific training
courses both theoretical and
practical. These courses allow
you to optimize the compressor
operation and improve the
system’s safety. Courses are
held both at the headquarters
of SIAD Macchine Impianti in
the dedicated Training Area
and equipped with compressor
models for practical exercises, or
at the customer’s site. At the end
