Brand Account Manager Job Description (Initially a 3 month contract role with the possibility to become permanent) Objectives • To successfully manage the day-to-day client relationships • Work with the Creative Brand Director to ensure the seamless delivery of all projects on time and on budget • To develop and understanding of planning and new business development Responsibilities Client Relationship • Build a strong and lasting relationship with the client • Management of day-to-day client liaison. Responding to emails/calls and acting as first point of contact for Bompas & Parr on all aspects of the project • Ensuring Creative leads are kept up to date with all project developments and responding to all enquiries on their behalf in a timely fashion • Ability to problem solve and manage the clientsʼ expectations • Actively follow up and drive projects from initial briefing, ensuring the project is developed to its full potential Project Management • To create, track and monitor the project budget, ensuring all expenses are properly accounted for • Build and maintain a project timeline, ensuring that all project milestones are met in a timely and efficient manner • Maintain conversation with and ensure that all involved parties are kept informed of the project status at all times • Issue project updates if required on a regular basis • Book in all project meetings and assist Creative leads in their preparation for forthcoming meetings • Maintain organisation of all project documents, both soft and hard copies • Prepare and compile copy for proposals and presentations as required • Liaise and manage all project supplies ensuring we are receiving the best price and service available • Reconcile personal expenses and commercial card expenses at the end of each month General • To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required • To be able to speak knowledgeably about all aspects of the work of Bompas & Parr and to support the organisationʼs principal aims and objectives • • To communicate regularly and effectively with the partners and to seek support from appropriate staff at the earliest opportunity should problems arise To support and promote the aims and objectives of Bompas & Parr both internally and externally Essential experience • At least 5 years experience within an Accounts role, with previous experience at Account Manager level • Excellent client facing and negotiation skills • Project Management experience • Excellent written skills • Experience of working in a creative/design lead environment • Calm and reassuring manner • Highly organised with exceptional communication and administrative skills • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances • Ability to engage confidently and pleasantly with a wide range of people • Good self-motivation, time management and personal target setting skills • Ability to multi task and work well under pressure • Ability to communicate and listen well in a variety of formal and informal settings with a range of people • Computer literacy, using word processing packages, spreadsheets, email and internet Desirable experience • Live event experience • Some editorial experience • A working knowledge of the drinks and catering industry • An understanding of digital media, social media and SEO Salary: £28k - £30k Application: If you are interested in applying for this post, please forward to work@bompasandparr.com the following: - A copy of your current cv - A cover letter detailing why you feel you are a suitable candidate for this post - Examples of past work About Bompas & Parr Bompas & Parr leads in flavour based experience design, culinary research, architectural installations and contemporary food design.
