Business activity:
 2002-2005 – advisor to the Board of Unilever Polska for Brands Communication; the tasks
involved consultancy during the process of developing strategic documents positioning key
brands as well as supervision of their communication and promotion
 2000-2002 – advisor to the Board of Unilever Polska for Human Resources; the tasks involved
participating in Selection Board (which made decisions concerning recruitment and
organizational structure) and contributing to developing the company’s strategy
 1994-2000 – director of the Market Research Department at Unilever Polska; over the period
of 1998-2002 – director of the market research department at Unilever Innovation Centres
for Central and Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Russia, the Baltic Sea countries, Hungary,
Czech Republic, Turkey); preparing materials and main assumptions for developing long-term
business strategies for the region, including analyses of trends as well as diagnoses based on
competitive context; giving strategic workshops both at the company’s top management
level and individual production departments and individual brands
Trace record in research
Market research:
 over 3000 projects coordinated (of qualitative and quantitative character), including
approximately 20% international ones; on the basis of the analyses performed by her team
crucial business decisions were made
Academic research:
 participation in national and international grants and research Project, among others, in an
international project financed by UN "Migration, their causes and consequences", focused on
international migrations (1996); a project financed from EU funds "Cultural Encounters in the
Economy" researching transformations in economic culture of the Central and Eastern
European countries in view of the new organisational culture moving from the West (20042006); a project carried out in 6 European countries "Job Mobility and Family Lives",
researching mobility related to the modern labour market and its impact on family forming
strategies and the quality of family life (2006-2008)
