How to duplex print (print double sided) on MAC:
Microsoft word: MAC 2008*
Make sure printer is “duplex capable” **
Have desired word document open
Go to File>Print
Under PRINTER, select corresponding
printer (choose the duplex capable one if
area has more than one printer)
5. In the space “Copies and Pages”, choose
“Layout”
6. Under “Two-sided”, pick either long edge
binding or short edge binding
7. Hit print!

How to print multiple pages on one
page on MAC:

4. Next to “Page Scaling”, choose “multiple
pages per sheet”
5. Next to “Pages per sheet” either choose an
appropriate number from the list, customize
to pick a number not featured on the list, or
go to the neighboring box and fill in numbers
for ___ by ___ (columns by rows)
6. Hit print!
