Letter of Reference A letter from a non-family member must be submitted describing the applicant’s recent past and present citizenship and leadership activities. 2. Grade twelve marks Final grade twelve marks must be submitted with this application and supporting documents. The marks document must be either a Statement of Marks validated by an administrator or counsellor, or an official Alberta Education transcript showing the applicant’s complete grade twelve program including diploma results where applicable. 3. Student statement (no more than 2 pages) A personal statement about yourself. You may want to address such things as: extracurricular involvement, leadership, contributions to the community, global citizenship, social justice and faith commitment. Try to tailor your personal statement to the scholarship you feel that you are best suited for.
