4.7. 5. Membership of the Club runs from the l't August until the 31't July. DISCIPLINARY CODE. 5.1. The Club Code of Conduct must be adhered to at all times. All members, managers, coaches, supporters and parents/guardians will be required to sign and agree to the Club Code of Conduct before registration will be accepted. 5.2. A team manager has the power to suspend a player for any reason, but membership can only be terminated by a resolution of the Club Committee. Termination may occur for the following reasons:- 5.2.L. Persistent non-payment of training -or match subscription fees. 5.2.2. Failure to report for training sessions or matches without prior notification to the team manager or coach. 5.2.3. 6. 7. The Club Council also has the power to suspend any member whose behaviour/actions bring the Club in disrepute. SUBSCRIPTIONS, 6.1. The weekly training subscription fees and match subscription fees are payable to the team manager, coach or parent representative and will be determined by the Club Committee for the forthcoming season and then submitted to the Annual General Meeting for approval. 6.2. It is the managers responsibility to ensure that all fees are paid to the appropriate Club official within four weeks of collection. OFFICERS OF TFIE CLUB. 7.I. All officers will 7.2. The officers of the club shall be Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Club Welfbre Officer, Pitches Secretary, Results Secretary, Public Relations Officer and the managers. 7.3. be elected annually at the Annual General Meeting. The Club Council will consist of all Club officials plus one managers' representative. Any decision made by the Club Council is final. 7.4 At the Annual General Meeting the Club may create honorary positions for those who have made a significant contribution to the Club. 7.4.2Honorary Members shall have the same voting rights as other members. 7 .4.3 Honorary Members will be entitled to attend all meetings and, at the Club Council's request, sit on sub-committees
