IS MY PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF ATLANTA?
1. Go to http://gis.atlantaga.gov/
2. Click on LEARN HERE under the Maps heading in the middle of the screen.
3. Scroll down and select Municipal Option Sales Tax Viewer (MOST).
4. Type address in search box in the upper, mid-section of the screen, hit enter.
5. Click on address that appears in drop down menu located below search box.
6. A small blue box will appear on the screen. If the blue box is captioned on an orange
screen, the property is located in the city of Atlanta and qualifies for Invest Atlanta
homebuyer incentives.
