The rigidity equivalent to piezoelectric sensors is
achieved for a strain gauge type sensor!
As it rarely gets deformed when loaded, Super Cell
can be used for variable applications such as
measurement of grinding power of machine tools.
As zero balance and rated output of the Super
Cell series are adjusted before shipping out,
re-calibration is not required when replacing with
new ones.
Safe overload of 500% !!
High responsiveness!!
Overload up to 500% of the rated capacity does not
affect the accuracy.
Stable measurement can be performed for a long
term even in sever loading conditions (e.g. press
fitting machines).
The resonance frequency is also equivalent to
piezoelectric sensors!
It can be used to monitor a high-speed
phenomenon.
