biocides designed to minimize environmental impact by quickly breaking down into

maintenance levels, prolongs equipment life, and reduces downtime.
BOILER WATER PROGRAMS
• Boiler Internal Treatments: Specifically matched to
your make-up water quality to prevent scale and
corrosion, while providing boiler waterside metal
passivation . Our Boiler treatment products utilize
the most advanced dispersant polymer technology
available, which provides for exceptional boiler
cleanliness and high fuel efficiency.
• Feedwater Oxygen Scavengers: Provide
maximum corrosion protection to the boiler
feedwater system. The optimum chemistry for
your system will depend on operating pressure,
make-up water quality and equipment specifics.
• Condensate Corrosion Inhibitors: Protect metal surfaces from the corrosive attack
of carbonic acids. This decreases condensate piping maintenance and reduces iron
return to the boiler. We have a complete line of neutralizing amine blends, which
are excellent for most plants. We also have a proprietary filming inhibitor that is
permitted for use in those food plants where amines are not allowed.
• Pretreatment System Chemistries: Available to optimize the operation of your
pretreatment equipment. These include products to clean fouled pretreatment

CHLORINE DIOXIDE

Of the oxidizing biocides, chlorine dioxide is the most selective oxidant.
This allows much lower dosages of chlorine dioxide to achieve a more stable
residual. Chlorine dioxide is quickly becoming the preferred oxidizer in the
food and beverage industry. Chlorine Dioxide has been the national mandate
for many years in Europe for potable water and cooling tower sanitizing.
Chlorine dioxide (ClO2) is a very “Green Chemistry” consisting of only two
oxygen and one chloride ion, making it a much safer and environmental
alternative to traditional oxidizing chemistries.

The transportation of drums and totes from plant
receiving areas to use points can be dangerous without
the proper equipment and training to handle over weight
and odd sized containers.
DRUM HANDLING AND DISPOSAL
A conservative estimate places the present cost of
handling and disposal of a drum at $250. Anticipated
cost escalation places this number closer to $300. Our delivery system
eliminates these concerns.

our Hands-Off Delivery Systems. With this system, we move towards a drum free
