Completed application form with 6 photos (1”x 1 ½”) 2. Three copies of Home-Registration (Thai) or Passport (International) 3. Three copies of official transcripts and three copies of the certificate of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of at least 2.5 on a scale of 4 4. Two letters of recommendation from two different people who can attest to their moral character and other trait 5. Have taken the entrance exam in English language proficiency test, and interview. The applicants who submitted the TOEFL score of at least 550 PBT/213 CBT/79 IBT or the IELTS score of 6.0 or the English native speaker applicants are exempted from English language proficiency test. Pass the thesis defense (Plan A). 5. Have the thesis published or have obtained an acceptance of publication in a journal or academic publication or have presented it at a conference which has the proceedings (Plan A). 6. Have passed the oral and written comprehensive examination (Plan B). 7. Have completed the Independent Study (Plan B). 8. Have obtained library and financial clearance from the University. 9.
