The concept
FAST CONSTRUCTION
Finish Smart Housing consists of 5m x 5m units.
A four-person team can build a finished unit, complete
with living room, bedroom and bathroom, in under
3 hours.
MODULAR, MULTI-DESIGN OPTIONS
These units offer endless design possibilities like:

garage or small shop

SUSTAINABLE QUALITY
Lightweight, galvanized steel Studs from Finish Profiles
form the framework of the units.
Exterior cladding is made from PVC-coated steel profiles
that don’t need maintenance for up to 30 years.
Floors, ceilings and both interior and exterior walls are
thoroughly insulated with Resolclad panels, an innovative
product from Resolco International. Resolclad is fireresistant and does not absorb moisture, making it the
perfect solution for humid and rainy climates.
Electricity and plumbing can be fitted using openings in
the frames.
TAILOR-MADE BUSINESS APROACH
Finish Smart Housing can also incorporate sustainable
energy solutions like solar power and geothermal heating.

opportunities for local people to learn how to construct
and build their own homes and communities. With
managers and trainers from the Netherlands, the Finish
Housing Education Program has already proved its worth
in Suriname and India. Communities can also build their
own housing production facilities and manufacture
materials locally.

THE DESIGNERS
Twin brothers Rudolf and Robbert Das are renowned
visionaries and designers in the architecture and
construction industry. They have published several
books about human life in relation to infrastructure and
the environment. These books are illustrated with highly
detailed, colourful drawings, all done by hand. In their
work, the brothers have criticized energy companies
and placed humans’ technological advances in a social,
cultural and environmental context. They believe humans
will undergo an evolutionary change in mindset in terms
of their social environment. We are very proud to have
Rudolf and Robbert in our team to make our shared
dreams come true.
FINISH PROFILES GROUP
Finish Profiles Group has over 30 years’ experience in
manufacturing steel profiles for the construction industry.
Its products include frames, wall cladding, roofing sheets
and beams, floor decking, gutters and pipes. The group
also supplies do-it-yourself kits for constructing industrial
and agricultural buildings.
Housing
The Finish Housing division designs, manufactures and
builds large-scale prefabricated steel frame houses in
the Netherlands, India, Suriname and Gambia.
Production
Finish Profiles factories are equipped with framing
machines that make lightweight steel frames. And they
use a 3D framing program to design all the connections
and produce plans of finished houses.
Houses are designed, manufactured and constructed
according to local building regulations and are hurricane
and earthquake-proof.
RESOLCO INTERNATIONAL
Resolco International is a world leader in rigid, highperformance phenolic insulation. The company’s
products have been used in prestigious projects throughout the world for over 30 years. These products are the
standard specification in the UK and Hong Kong and are
used extensively in the USA, United Arab Emirates and
Singapore.
Advanced insulation
Years of innovative research and hands-on experience
have produced the company’s key product: Insulphen.
An insulation material more advanced than any other
available. Manufactured under strict quality control in
the Netherlands. Insulphen comes in rigid blocks
