Format of the last date of attendance must be leading zeros, i.e 01/01/15. Format 1/1/15 will not be accepted by the system. 2. Y grades are no longer by OSU. 3. If a grade is not reported the students course remains in progress until a grade is entered. Once grade processing is complete, grading will be re-opened so that missing grades can be reported. 4. Last date of attendance is required for grades of F and N and I/F grades. 5. The last date of attendance validation check includes the valid dates of the course. For example if the course was a one week course, the last date of attendance must be in the week the course was in operation. E-campus courses should use the last date of dead week (June 5th for 201503) as the final exam dates are not included on the CRN. 6. If a student never attended, record the last date of attendance as the first day of the course. Financial Aid office will assume that any dates that start with the first date of the course will mean that a student never attended. 7. There is no direct way to upload grades from Canvas. For final grade upload, grades must be downloaded as CSV file from Canvas to desktop and then uploaded to Online Services Final Grade Book. Enter the LDA information into the downloaded file before uploading. This requires converting your CSV file to an excel file for entering LDA and then saving the file again as CSV for uploading. 8.
