1. Enabling the right click option for the trackpad
The following explains how to enable the right click option for the trackpad.
1. From the menu options at the top of the screen, click Finder.
2. Then, click System Preferences (see Figure 1).

3. In the System Preferences window, click Trackpad (see Figure 2).

4. Next, select the option Secondary Click (see Figure 3). Then, select where the secondary click will be
activated (example: Bottom Right Corner).

5. Figure 4 shows how you would tap the bottom right corner of the trackpad to activate the secondary click
(if you have the indicated settings).

2. Setting up the right click for the mouse
The following explains how to setup the right click option for the mouse.
1. Select System Preferences from the dock.

2. In the System Preferences window, select Mouse (see Figure 6).

3. Next, click the option Primary Button so that a drop-down menu appears (see Figure 7).

4. Select Secondary Button from the drop-down menu (see Figure 8).

5. With the options set as they are in Figure 9, the right mouse button will now be activated.
