Flange Trim Kit

Application
For use on remodel where either (Fig. A) the drywall is cut out to install the shower or (Fig. B) the drywall is damaged past the
point where the shower with our narrower (1-1/4") molding #FTK-125 would not cover it.
Installation
Measure the distance between the drywall at the back wall.
Trim the sections to size with a hacksaw or sandpaper. Cut
the Butyl tape in 2" pieces, fold/double as needed and stick
to the nailing flange and drywall at 8" intervals. Press the
trim in place. Repeat with the remaining sections. Caulk
around all edges with both 100% silicone and latex caulk as
shown below.

the shower or tubshower.

For use with a reveal as an easy way of covering the nailing flange where there already is drywall or other wall
material BEHIND the shower or tubshower.
Installation
Kit consists of
