The above listed amplifier produces 26dB of gain with a
maximum flatness of ±1.0dB over a frequency band of
1GHz to 19GHz. The 1dB compression point is greater
than +21dBm. The amplifier exhibits a low noise figure
measuring 4.5dB maximum. As with all PET amplifiers,
the unit is reverse voltage protected and internally
regulated. The operating current is 460mA@+15VDC.

The above listed amplifier was designed to solve cable
loss problems. It features a positive gain slope over the
operating frequency range. This unit provides 10dB gain
at 500MHz sloping up to 18dB gain at 18GHz. Other
frequency and gain ranges are available to satisfy your
Requirements. Please refer to our catalog or web site

Model# PM2-15-0R2518R5-15-SFF
The above listed amplifier produces 15dB of gain with a
maximum flatness of ±1.5dB. The operating frequency
of the amplifier is 0.25GHz to 18.5GHz. The 1dB
compression point is greater than +16dBm. Other output
power levels are available. The measured noise figure
of the device is less than 6.5dB. The operating current is
220mA@+15VDC.

New Product Information
New TTL Controlled Switchable Amplifier
The model PEC-18-0R1518R5-12-SFF switchable amplifier contains a TTL controlled
attenuation feature. The amplifier operates from 150 MHz to 18.5 GHz. In the “On” state,
the amplifier provides a nominal gain of 18dB with a flatness of +/- 1.5dB max. The output
P1dB is +17dBm and the noise figure is < 5.0dB over 80% of the bandwidth and 6.8dB max.
The input/output VSWR is better than 2.0:1. In the “Off” condition, the amplifiers gain is
attenuated by 20dB. The unit operates at 380mA@+12VDC and 60mA@-12VDC. Other
gain/attenuation values and packages are available.
