The international recruitment Marco Polo Program plays an important role, by giving the best of our talented graduates the opportunity to work abroad for a short term assignment, after completion of the Australian Graduate Program. The Marco Polo candidate is identified from the pool of graduates by the home country (Australia), and sent abroad to a host country overseas for between 6 months and 2 years. During this time, the graduate is exposed to fantastic development opportunities and then, when they return, they bring their new skills back to the home country to share with the local teams. International exposure, professional development and amazing life experiences are all developed through Marco Polo assignments. The Marco Polo Program is seen as one of the most successful global recruitment and career development programs, externally and internally. It perfectly reflects our Schneider Electric Employer Value Proposition – care, dynamic, international and development. If you are interested in building an international career, then the Marco Polo Program is something to strive for at Schneider Electric!
