Please attach your statement to this application packet. 3 McHenry County College Engineering Pathways to UIUC: Admission Guidelines and Application Procedures Submission Instructions All application materials and test scores must be submitted by the final application deadline of March 1, 2016. You must first complete the McHenry County College Application for Enrollment, located online at www.mchenry.edu. Please be aware, there is a one-time, non-refundable, $15 application fee for new students. On our website, you will also find information regarding available scholarships, financial aid, and other helpful links pertinent to the application process. Make note of your McHenry County College student ID number, as it is required for your Engineering Pathways application. The following steps must be completed for a valid application submission: Have your official high school transcripts sent directly to McHenry County College, Office of Admissions. Have your ACT scores sent directly to McHenry County College, Office of Admissions. Complete the McHenry County College Engineering Pathways to UIUC application. This application has been attached for your convenience. Compose a personal statement. Further information on this personal statement is addressed on page 3 of the application packet. Take a math placement test if the math ACT score is less than a 22 and/or English ACT score is less than a 21. Information regarding tests and procedures can be found online at http://www.mchenry.edu/testingcenter/testinginfo.asp. -- All testing takes place at the McHenry County College Testing Center located in Building A, Room A245. No appointments are necessary, you may walk in to take your exams; however, you must allow enough time to complete the testing before the Center closes. You will need a photo ID to take your tests. Please identify yourself as an Engineering Pathways applicant when you arrive at the center. Testing office hours are Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Hours are subject to change during intersession or when classes are not in session. NOTE: All of the above components must be completed and all materials must be received by the deadline dates indicated in order for your application to be considered.
