Keeping huge crowds happy During half time, and after the game, fans flood the concourse to buy food, drinks and merchandise. The Rugby Football Union (RFU) was looking for a way to sell more, help serve fans faster and shorten long queues. They also wanted all payments to be handled by a single provider to simplify and reduce costs.
