AH3147 Unipolar, Ultra-Sensitive, Hall-Effect Switches
AH3147E、AH3147L is the magnetic sensor that consists of voltage regulator,hall voltage generator,
differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger and open collector output.When it detects the magnetic flux of density,it output
digital voltage singal.It is the magnetic-sensing circuit that works by unipolar,and suitable for the rectangle magnet and
the column magnet.Operating Temperature Range of AH3147L is -40~150 ℃ .It serves many applications within
automotive,automation and industrial electronics.They have two package types:TO-92UA and TO-92T。
