promote the best the South Sound has to offer in BBQ.
This event will be held at Cabela’s parking lot. The fun
will begin at 10AM and will end at 6PM. This is an easyto-find location, off I-5, Exit 111 in Lacey, Washington.

Please Note:
• All booth space is outside. Backyard Joes must supply
cooking equipment, and displays.
• Vendors must supply complete display required for
customer service (no table or chairs provided).
• Food vendors and Backyard Joes are required to have
Thurston County Health Department certification and
must display all appropriate permits in accordance with
Health Dept. regulations. Please contact the Health Dept.
at (360) 867-2500 for further information.
• Booth must be completely setup, with all vehicles removed,
by 9AM on Saturday, July 7, 2012.
• No vendor shall assign or sub-lease any part of their
concession or vendor will forfeit all rights to their area
• South Sound BBQ Festival will provide access to water
and dumpsters. Electricity will be provided based on
information included on this application.
