Installation instruction for: (J3203+P2302)
A Dual Flush Toilet Mechanism and Fill Valve with Drain
5a. Take the water pipe and sealed washer.
Insert the washer into the pipe like the
picture.
1c. Unscrew the flanged nut and round pipe
from button body.
2c. Insert the button into the oval hole of tank
and then screw up the round pipe,flanged
nut in sequence.
6a. Put in the nut and insert the water pipe into
flush valve's bottom hole.Screw the nut tightly.
3c. Push in switch box's green button(1) to
connect with button body.
1d. Disassemble the lock,Plastic washer,Coupling nut
for valve installation.
2d. Insert the fill valve with silicon seal into the inlet hole
of water tank and screw on the nut with collar tightly.
Caution!!! Do not over tighten nut.
3d. Connect the refilling tube from fill valve the the overflow
pipe of flush valve.
4d. Fine and final adjustment can be made by rotating
the screw rod clockwise or counterclockwise in the
fill valve cup.
Frequently asked questions and relevant solutions
1. Fill valve can't keep letting in water.
2. If the plastic water tank always leak a dash of water.
1.1 Check and make sure the water pressure is not too low.
1.2 Check and make sure the filter of fill vlave does not filled
up with impurity
1.3 Open fill valve's upper cover, Check and make sure the
sealed rubber seal is not off and filled up with impurity
like sesame thread,iron thread and rub.
1.4 Check and make sure the fill valve's float is not get stuck
by the tank wall and can move freely.
1.5 Check and make sure without burr in the water pressure
hole.
1.6 Check and make sure the water pressure washer is fixed
well and without burr.
1.7 Make sure the flush valve are installed properly.
1.8 Make sure you have install the nut collar and hex nut tightly
of flush valve
1.9 Make sure you have install the sealed washer(See 5a) and
nut properly.
1.10 Check and make sure the silicon seal of flush valve don't
have impurity and wasn't uneven.
1.11 Check and make sure the silicon seal's shape( flush valve)
is not distorted.
1.12 Check you didn't adjust the height of fill valve higher than
that of overflow pipe.
1.13 Check the chain of flush valve is not too short.(If you use
single control flush valve)
3. When we push the button and handle,The flush
valve can work,but it stops working soon after
we let off.
4. The fill valve keep taking in water even the tank is
filled with water.
For single control flush valve:
3.1 Check and make sure the chain does not adjust too long
or short.
3.2 Check and make sure the hole of the backseat is not too
big. For wire double control flush valve:
3.3 Check and make sure the stainless steel wire is not bend.
3.4 Check and make sure the stainless steel wire is not too
long.
4.1 Check and make sure the water pressure is not too low.
4.2 heck and make sure the fill valve's float is not get stuck by the
tank wall or other parts and can move freely.
4.3 Open fill valve's upper cover, Check and make sure the sealed
rubber seal is not off and stuck.
4.4 Check and make sure the stopwasher is not cracked.
