Your tasks Your focus markets will be: printing & packaging (flexographic, letterpress, screen printing, etc...), cards & passports (inlay, overlay, etc...), security label & RFID. Drive end-user and value chain engagement and develop a relationship with the key decision markers as to obtain insights & projects leading to short & long term sales and profitability growth. Understand emerging trends & investigate key application, materials, technology and competitive information; translate them into projects. Develop & continuously fine-tune the strategic plan and annual operating plans to drive sales execution as to meet companies growth targets. Build a pipeline of opportunities / projects and drive successful conversion thereof, in cooperation with sales, application engineering, new product development, and other related functions. Determine product & solutions portfolio required and identify product gaps, initiating & justifying new product development initiatives; drive innovation. Support management to identify and execute in strategic investments for graphics, including quality service, and Lohmann GmbH & Co. Host monthly segment review with regional stake holders (financials, projects, markets, marketing), active participation in the Global Coordination Team Graphics, with teams in Europe and America. Be key member and contributor of the Lohmann APAC Management Team, driving overall business forward. Your profile Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing. 10 years of commercial experience, marketing, product management including 4 years of management experience with multiple direct reports. Technical background in adhesives chemistry/chemical engineering. Operational and project management experience. 5+ years adhesives industry relevant technical/marketing/sales experience Proven track record with marketing experience, customer relations, plan development & execution, and crossfunctional team leadership. Ability to understand market dynamics, to successfully interact with international and external customers and to implement through others. English and Chinese language skills.
