connector style I/O module terminal
block and remote termination base
connected via a cable.

With the I/O Terminal Block Quick
Connect System, the user doesn’t have
to wire individual wires from the I/O
module to a field termination terminal
block.
The TBQC is simple to use, just attach
the connector terminal block to the I/O
module, snap the remote terminal base
on the DIN rail and attach the cable.
Installation is accomplished in seconds
versus up to an hour of cutting,
stripping and wiring 36 individual wires.
Easy to Troubleshoot
The high density TBQC system comes
with test pads on the I/O module
terminal block that assist in trouble
shooting possible wiring issues.
Stress Free Cabling System
The connecting cables used with the
TBQC are at a 90 degree angle to
minimize stress on the terminal block
and reduce panel depth. The cable
incorporates a thumb screw locking
mechanism to provide a secure
connection.
The high density TBQC cables are
shielded to reduce electrical noise
interference.
Compact Remote Terminal Base
The high density remote terminal base
provides 32 points of I/O in a compact
package only 100mm wide by 90mm
tall, and projects 70mm off the DIN
rail. The terminal block for the high
density remote terminal base is
removable without disturbing the
wiring. An additional grounding lug is
built into the base to reduce noise.
