Tape Application Guide

The application of the FedEx Priority Alert tape is described in the FedEx Priority Alert
Program Agreement. Apply the tape to each piece of your shipment (package or freight) as
described below. Do not obscure the shipping label, other labels or placards attached to the
shipping container.
Preferred
Wrap the FedEx Priority Alert tape around all 4 sides of each piece in your shipment. This applies to both package
and freight pieces.
Acceptable
Wrap the FedEx Priority Alert tape around at least 3 sides of each piece in your shipment. This applies to both
package and freight pieces.
