2.0 Installation
2.1 Pedestals of various manufacture have a number
of pre-cut mounting holes that are used for
attaching a variety of pedestal-housed devices.
2.2 Visually determine an approximate location for
the terminal block attachment. Determine the
relationship between terminal block attachment
holes and pedestal board mounting holes.
2.3 Use appropriate method to gain access to the back
side of pedestal mounting board.

2.4 Use the short bolt and nut to affix the top side of
the terminal block to the pedestal mounting board.
2.5 If the holes line up, use the long bolt to affix the
bottom side of the terminal block. Secure the
terminal block to the pedestal mounting board.
2.6 If the bottom hole does not line up with a pedestal
mounting hole, guide the slider bracket onto the
bottom of the terminal block and position it to line
up with a pedestal mounting hole.
NOTE: The slider bracket stud is slightly off center
and may be reversed to offer additional options for
mounting hole alignment.

2.7 Secure the terminal block to the pedestal mounting

at the appropriate location. 22–24 AWG wire
inserts approximately 1-1/4" (32 mm) while 18.5
“F-DROP” inserts approximately 3/4" (19 mm).
2.9 Terminate service wire by turning termination
screw one full turn clockwise.
2.10 Use alligator clips for testing circuit integrity.
