All classes will begin with a weigh in and Body measurements will also be recorded.

Week 1
Foods to maximise weigh management & wellbeing, helping you to feel and look great, basic handout of list of
foods to include, bio-static foods and foods to avoid, food combining, portions. Losing weight and exercise should
go hand in hand so you will be given an exercise plan and Denise will be at the class to demonstrate the exercises
each week, this will help speed up your metabolism and tone you up.
Week 2
Foods to avoid and why – carbs, sugars, low fat options (the truth behind the hype) ·
Week 3
Choosing the Right Fats – good fats that enhance health and weight loss & fats to avoid ·
Week 4
Protein – where do you get it? Muscle to fat ratio. Balancing healing oils and protein.
Week 5
Good digestion “You are what you Absorb” not what you eat! Discussion on digestive health, and bowel health.
Week 6
To supplement or not to supplement. Discussion on sports nutrition supplements, natural remedies, getting the
best from your food. The benefit of goal setting and journaling and reviewing.
