WHAT IS COVERED? This Limited Warranty ONLY covers the following systems, components and parts:
ENGINE: Cylinder block and heads along with all their internal lubricated parts, including piston, piston rings, crank shaft and main
bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, push rods, rocker arms, camshaft, valves, springs, lifter, oil pump, timing chain and belt and
gears along with tensioner assembly, intake and exhaust manifolds, radiator, fan blade and motor, fan clutch and shroud, water pump,
valve covers, timing covers, oil pan, vacuum pump, seals and gaskets, fuel pump and sending unit, lines, and fuel tank.
TRANSMISSION: All internal lubricated parts, torque converter, internal linkage, transmission cooler, drive axle and joints, drive shaft,
transfer case, transmission mount, flywheel (flex plate), and seals and gaskets.
CLIMATE CONTROL: Blower motor, evaporator, condenser, compressor, compressor clutch and field coil, receiver/drier,
accumulator, Air Conditioner (A/C) pressure cut-off switches, A/C control head, pressure switches, and A/C seals and gaskets.
ELECTRICAL: Battery, alternator, ignition coils, engine control module, and transmission control module.
EMISSIONS: Catalytic converter, oxygen sensors, and leak detection pump.
SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM (SRS): All SRS components.
THE LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR FOR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED, UNLESS STATE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE.

HOW LONG DOES THE LIMITED WARRANTY LAST? This Limited Warranty lasts for 30 days from the Date
of Delivery or 1000 miles beyond the odometer reading at Date of Delivery, whichever comes first.

DO I HAVE A DEDUCTIBLE? Work performed under this Limited Warranty has a per visit deductible of $100.

DO I HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO CARE FOR THE VEHICLE? Your vehicle must be maintained pursuant to the manufacturer’s
maintenance schedule. The materials used must meet manufacturer’s specifications. Proof of maintenance may be required to determine
whether a malfunction is caused by lack of proper maintenance. Failure to perform scheduled maintenance will invalidate coverage on
all systems, components and parts affected by the lack of maintenance. Retain all receipts to confirm completed maintenance work.

HOW DO I OBTAIN REPAIRS UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
You must call a Service Advisor at 888-380-1764 to schedule an appointment for warranty repairs.
U.S. Auto Sales, Inc., 2875 University Parkway, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 (“U.S. Auto”, “We” or “Us”) will repair, replace or
service all covered components as required by this Limited Warranty upon authorization from You and payment of the $100 deductible.
We will use new, used or remanufactured parts. If We cannot repair the vehicle, We may, in our sole discretion, refund your money or
replace your vehicle with a comparable vehicle. If you feel the repairs were not made in accordance with this Limited Warranty, send a
written statement to Customer Relations at the address above or customerrelations@usauto-sales.com.

DO YOU OFFER COURTESY VEHICLES? After diagnosing your vehicle, if We determine that it requires a repair
covered by this Limited Warranty, then we have up to forty-eight (48) hours to provide you a courtesy vehicle as long as
You (1) have full collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage on the vehicle being repaired and that coverage
transfers to the courtesy vehicle; and (2) agree to sign and be bound by the terms of the Courtesy Vehicle
Agreement. You must also accept responsibility for any and all damage that occurs to the courtesy vehicle until You
receive Your vehicle. A courtesy vehicle may not be the same make, model and year as Your vehicle. If a courtesy vehicle
is not available, U.S. Auto may, in its sole discretion, provide up to a thirty dollar ($30) per day reimbursement for a
vehicle rented by You. This reimbursement is limited to five (5) calendar days.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH MAY
VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICUAR PURPOSE APPLICABLE TO THIS VEHICLE IS LIMITED IN
DURATION TO THE TERMS OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW
LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. SOME STATES ALSO
DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS
LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
ENTERED INTO BY YOU AND US. This is our entire agreement about any and all warranties either express or implied. Any and all
prior written or oral statements, negotiations, communications or representations regarding warranties have been merged into or
superseded by this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty only covers the Purchaser listed below and may not be transferred.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED? This Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover the following:
1.
ALL ITEMS NOT SPECIFICALLY LISTED ABOVE.
2.
Repairs covered by any other warranty, manufacturer recalls or insurance.
3.
Repairs caused by collisions or other physical damage accidents, unreasonable use (including driving over curbs, overloading, or using
the vehicle as a stationary power source), damage from fire, explosions or foreign objects, road hazards or other casualty losses, or losses
due to negligence (e.g. continuing to drive with the oil or coolant light on), racing, or failures caused by either: (a) alterations or
modifications to the vehicle (including the body, chassis, or components) after the vehicle leaves the control of the manufacturer (any
part or accessory that is not permanently affixed to the vehicle at point of sale), (b) tampering with the vehicle or the emissions systems
and components, (c) the installation or use of any part not approved, certified, or authorized by the vehicle’s manufacturer or any repair
caused by aftermarket (non-factory) approved PCM reprogramming, or (d) any part not designated for “off-road only” that is not
installed by the manufacturer, including, but not limited to, lift kits, oversized tires, aftermarket wheels that do not provide equivalent
fit and function as the original equipment installed by the manufacturer, roll bars, cellular phones, alarm systems, automatic starting
systems and performance enhancing powertrain components.

Interior trim: Buttons, carpets, dash pad, door and window handles, knobs, rearview mirror (glass and housing), trim and upholstery.
5.
Exterior seal & trim: Service adjustments, fixed (nonmoving) body parts, bumpers, door handles, glass, moldings, ornamentation, paint,
rust, sheet metal, structural underbody framework, side view mirrors (glass and housing), water leaks, wind noise, weather strips, wheels,
wheel studs, wheel covers and ornaments, convertible top, fabric, liners, zippers and fastener.

Damage from the environment (airborne fallout, corrosion, chemicals, tree sap, salt, hail, windstorm, lightning, freezing, etc.) or from
floods, earthquakes, snow or ice, or damage caused by theft, vandalism, riot, acts of war or terrorism.
7.
Damages caused by a performance enhancing component, including, but not limited to: turbocharger, supercharger, or nitrous oxide fuel
system modification.
8.
Repairs caused by improper or unauthorized service procedures, loss of lubricant or fluids or contamination of oil, fluids or fuel.
9.
Repairs caused by continued operation of the vehicle after loss of lubricant or fluids or contamination of oil, fluids or fuel.
10. Repairs resulting from the lack of required or recommended maintenance.
11. Any manufacturer’s recommended scheduled maintenance service.
12. Repairs needed to a covered part caused by the failure of a non-covered part.
13. Repairs to the vehicle if the odometer/hour meter is altered, broken, repaired or replaced such that actual mileage/hours cannot be
determined.
14. THE LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR FOR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, UNLESS STATE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE.
15. REPAIRS MADE TO THE VEHICLE WITHOUT THE AUTHORIZATION OF U.S. AUTO.
16. Repairs made to the vehicle that are required due to a condition that existed prior to the purchase or transfer of the vehicle and would
have been obvious during a presale inspection.
17. Shop supplies and environmental waste disposal or fuel used during the repair of Your vehicle or storage fees.
18. Maintenance/Mechanical – service adjustments and cleaning, batteries of all types and cables, belts, hoses and hose clamps, brakes
(front hub, drums, shoes, linings, disc rotors, pads), manual transmission clutch disc, coolant, exhaust system (includes catalytic
converter), filters, fluids, lubricants, all lamps and lights (LED and HID bulbs, sealed beam, and lenses), spark plugs, spark plug wires,
squeaks and rattles, tires, tune-ups, wheel balancing, wheel alignment and shock absorbers.
19. Costs or expenses for the teardown, inspection or diagnosis of failures.
20. Replacement or repair of keys, key fobs, 12 volt sources, A/C actuators, heater core, engine mounts, DVD/CD players, radios, or
headlights.
21. The cost of towing Your vehicle.
