1. What is Mashreq Novo Credit Card? Is this different from the Mashreq Grand Credit Card which I already have?
Recently Grand Cinemas has been re-branded as Novo Cinemas , on this context Mashreq has also rebranded the Grand Credit Card as Novo Credit Card with a new contemporary card design. Henceforth we will address the Grand Credit Card as Novo Credit Card.
Please note the benefits which are available on the new Novo Credit Card will also be applicable on your current Grand Credit Card.
2. What are the changes in the Benefits?

3. Will I be eligible for the revised benefits? Or should I replaced by Grand Card to Novo Card to get the revised benefits
You are automatically enrolled for the revised benefits and it is not required to replace your Grand Credit
Card with Novo Credit Card. Your existing card will continue to work till the expiry date mentioned in the card and when due for Renewal we will provide your with the New Mashreq Novo Credit Card. However if you wish to get the new card now, we can have it replaced with a nominal replacement fee of AED 100/-
4. Is there any revision on the Annual Fee?
There is no revision on the Annual Fee, it continues to be at AED 300 per annum.

Note: In IMAX there are no COOL & EDGE seating categories
7. What is SKY & 7* and why discount is not applicable on these?
Sir/Mam, SKY is Balcony seats and they are available only in WTC – Abu Dhabi. 7* is Premium Luxury seats and they are available in Dubai Festival City & WTC – Abu Dhabi. 50% discount is not applicable on these ticket types
8. How do I get the 50% discounts on the tickets?

For tickets booked at the Box-Office counter , the counter staff will charge only the 50% of the actual cost. You can further verify this in the “Transaction slip” before leaving the counter as the
Ticket type, Number of tickets & the Transaction amount is printed in the Transaction slip. In case of any discrepancy please inform the counter staff for necessary corrections.

No, discounts are applicable on any movie of any language. It could be 2D or 3D movie and it could also be screened in IMAX
12. Is the 50% discount applicable at all Novo locations in UAE?
Yes, there are currently 12 Novo Cinemas in UAE and the discounts are applicable at all these locations.

24. Is TAP n GO Sticker is a separate Credit Card by itself?
Sir/Mam, TAP n GO Sticker is a Credit Card but it is not a separate Credit Card by itself. This is just an extension of your Plastic Credit Card and it work exactly like your Supplementary Credit Card. The Sticker has been assigned with a usage limit of AED 500, which is just a sub-limit of your credit limit. You can increase/decrease this usage limit as and when you wanted through MOL
25. What happens if I don’t change the usage limit of AED 500?
Usage limit is the limit assigned to the Sticker which allows the user to use only upto this limit for a billing month. The Sticker will not work if the usage limit is exhausted, the user should either wait for the billing month to be completed for counter to reset to ZERO or logon to MOL and increase the usage limit to resume using the Sticker
26. How can I use this Sticker?
Every Sticker has its unique 16 digit number and an expiry date. Activate the Sticker and stick the Sticker to back of your phone, your phone now becomes a credit card! We also recommend you to refer to the User
