Hettich has designed a revolutionary innovation:
Push to open Silent. Works on an all-mechanical basis
so it doesn‘t need a power supply, and provides the
convenience of an electromechanical system. This
function was given the iF Design award 2014.
Premium convenience ...
A gentle press on the front panel is all it takes, and
Push to open Silent opens the drawer such a long way that
there is usually no need to pull it out any further by hand.
On closing, the drawer glides in softly and gently. The
system‘s quality and convenience can be felt in every action.
... down to every last detail.
Opening force can be adjusted, in just the same way as
drawer release sensitivity. Catering to user preferences
and accommodating different drawer weights. The front
panel gap can be adjusted with precision as well.
Invisible, straightforward and safe.
The Push to open Silent system is positioned underneath
the drawer where it is hidden from view. Adding the
system later on is very easy and involves no modifications
to existing ArciTech drawer components.
