Atkins’ innovative
project delivery
strategies are aimed at effectively managing cost, schedule, quality control, and risk for transportation infrastructure projects. >
As funds decline for transportation
infrastructure projects across
the country, the popularity of
alternative methods for project
delivery is growing. Why? Owners
continue to discover the inherent
advantages, with real potential to
save time and money in project
completion, of using alternative
project delivery methods that enable
them to do more with less. The
advantages of alternative project
delivery can include saving time and
money, appropriately transferring
performance risk, fostering design
innovation, and leveraging expertise
to manage large and complex
infrastructure projects. Whether
the delivery strategy is design-build,
public-private partnership (P3),
general contractor/construction
management (GC/CM), or
construction manager at risk (CMAR),
Atkins builds strong, cohesive teams
to work efficiently with builders,
lenders, and owners. Our approach
begins by understanding your project
goals, ideals, and risks, and focusing
on your specific value proposition.
We then mobilize our experts, who
apply innovative solutions to quickly
complete projects that satisfy your
objectives. We build long-term
relationships and foster collaboration
with our clients to deliver technical
and innovative solutions for a broad
range of infrastructure projects.
