For finfish destined for transfer to culture facilities located in open water systems – marine or freshwaters - the
applicant must submit a Health Management Plan (HMP) based on a template available from the Department. Cultured
shrimp are also subject to this HMP requirement.

critical habitat, as defined in the associated Recovery Strategy, or Action Plan.
