• To report an outage or a downed power line, please call anytime toll free at
1-877-LITESOUT ( 1-877-548-3768 ).
• Prepare yourself. Assemble a kit that includes a blanket, flashlight with extra batteries, battery-operated alarm clock, manual can opener, battery-powered radio, bottled water and non-perishable food items.
• If you see a downed power line: don’t go near it, keep others away and call us or 911 for help. Our line crews will restore your power as quickly as possible.
