Our Project Managers take responsibility for the successful delivery
of all ISG technology projects and may also be available to manage
the deployment of Partner projects operating on a ‘White Label’

Project Management – Mass deployment
ISG specialise in very large-scale deployments. Project Managers
liaise with technical specialists to design the solution and plan the
implementation. When resources have been arranged, deployment
can start. The Project Office team then take responsibility to ensure
that timely and accurate communication among the stakeholders
takes place – managers, contractors and the customer – who all
need to share a consistent accurate assessment of the project,
particularly ensuring that problems are resolved should they arise.

successful multi-site mass deployment on-time and to budget. Our
goal is always to minimise your costs in budget, time and attention.
Scope
This specifies the requirements to achieve the project result: the overall definition of what the project is supposed to accomplish, and a specific description of
what the end result should be or accomplish. The standard of the scoping exercise is intrinsic to the quality of the final outcome.
Time Tasks are estimated and prioritised, dependencies between
tasks are identified and this information is documented
in a project schedule – typically a Gantt chart for ease of
communication.
Cost
The total project plan requires a calculation of the sum
of the project tasks, which depend on several variables
including: resources, work packages such as labour rates
and mitigating or controlling influencing factors that may
create cost variances.
Project Success Criteria
A project is a unique activity with defined objectives which may
include financial criteria or business benefits. ISG works with its
clients to identify these ‘acceptance criteria’, within an agreed
timescale and cost budget. Change – or the unpredicted -- is almost
always a feature of any significant project and so ISG adopts a clear
Change Management Control system to identify any revisions
of objectives or changes in approach. Changes can therefore
be accommodated and acceptance criteria can be revised as
appropriate.
