EOPS Mid Term Progress Report – Available!

Have you pick up you Mid Term Progress

Report?

Mid Term Progress Reports are now available in the EOPS office and online at www.miracosta.edu/eop s. You must complete your progress report by November 6 th to be in compliance with EOPS and to receive priority registration for spring 2010.

What do I do with my progress report?

Students must take the form to each of their instructors during their office hours and instructors will provide feedback on the student performance.

What if I am taking an online class?

Students who are taking on-line classes need to e-mail their instructors and request the instructors to

Once your progress report is complete, you come or call the EOPS office to schedule an appointment with your EOPS counselor. Appointments are 15 minutes long and you can schedule an appointment the same day or 3 days in advance.

Course Selection

Begins October 19th! You must complete your Mid Term Progress

Report to receive priority registration.

EOPS students can start to create their class schedule for spring 2010 beginning October 19 th !

Copies of the spring 2010 class schedule will be available in the EOPS office. Take advantage of this excellent service by completing your Mid Term Progress on time and meeting with your

EOPS counselor to get your class schedule approved.

Priority course selection will run from October 19 th to November 16 th . Peer advisors will be available to help you with your class schedule, but you MUST bring a copy of your student educational plan because EOPS will not be able to provide you with any copies. You can take care of your progress report and your approval of spring classes in one appointment. You MUST have your progress report completed and all your classes for spring 2010selected. You will be required to come back and schedule another appointment if any of the two are not completed,

Free Halloween Costumes for Children

EOPS will be giving away used, but in good condition costumes to children. Applications will be available in the EOPS office beginning Monday, October 12 th to Monday October 19 th . Not everyone that submits an application is guaranteed a costume. Costumes will be available until supply last.
