Stairwell Fluorescent Fixture
Lutron stairwell fluorescent fixture lowers energy costs by automatically adjusting light output based on
stairwell occupancy. This solution utilizes a Radio Powr Savr™ wireless occupancy sensor (sold separately)
and can save up to 70%1 of lighting energy usage and meet building codes and standards.

Lutron stairwell solution (2-32 W at 80% high-end output, 20% low-end output). Existing system
is at full output 24 hours a day, while replacement system is at full output for 6 hours and low-end
output for 18 hours a day. Actual savings may vary based on existing fixture wattage and stairwell
occupancy. Always verify replacement system meets light level requirements.
Lutron offers stairwell solutions that are manufactured in the United States, making it easy for
you to comply with the Buy American Act (BAA) and the Buy American provision of the American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). BAA compliant stairwell fixtures are available in 2' and 4'

Stairwell LED Fixture
The stairwell LED fixture provides an energy saving solution with a hidden dimmer and architectural design. It utilizes
a Lutron Radio Powr SavrTM wireless occupancy sensor (sold separately) and a Lutron dimming driver to automatically
set light levels based on occupancy. Utilizing LED’s as the light source (included) has lower power usage saving up to
70%1 of lighting energy usage while meeting building codes and standards.
