MyService Activity
MyService Activity quantifies the work we perform
for your Plan. The data quickly summarize how
many interactions have been made to service your
requests and inquiries. If you have had problem
resolutions within your Plan, those are noted, too.
(Problem resolutions are requests or inquiries that
have escalated to high priority.) We think it is important to be open about our performance and hope
these numbers show how hard we are working for
you!

Savings Calculators
The FlexSystem Employer Savings Calculator is a
great way to illustrate your potential tax savings.
To calculate your current and potential savings, simply enter the total number of employees eligible for
your FlexSystem Plan.
Employer Savings represent your savings based on
employee participation. The more employee participation, the more you save in taxes.
The blue bars indicate your savings based on the
number of employees enrolled multiplied by an
average $1,500 contribution. The red bars represent
what your savings could be with a $2,500 contribution per employee.
For FlexSystem Clients only: see how Participants
are submitting their reimbursement requests. You
can ascertain whether they are using their TASC
Card, an online form, mail, or fax. If many Participants use mail or fax, you can guide them to methods that are more efficient for requesting and receiving their reimbursements, namely the TASC Card
and MyTASC Mobile App. These tools have boosted
Plan satisfaction for the many Participants who use
them and already enjoy faster reimbursements.
The Total Employee Savings chart shows how your
FlexSystem Plan saves your collective group of employees thousands of dollars in personal tax savings.
The first bar represents savings possible when employee contributions average $1,120. The subsequent
blue bars indicate how the savings increase when
employee contributions increase.

Have you ever requested assistance through our online service request form (from MyTASC, click Contact Us)? Doing so is user-friendly and to the point.
We strongly encourage you to submit your inquiries
and requests through MyService Requests, a great
online shortcut designed for just this purpose.
An efficient and innovative online messaging tool,
MyService Request contextualizes communications
as they occur, based on the selected product and
topic. A series of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
will pop up, in many cases answering your question
and eliminating the need for a service request altogether.
When a request or inquiry is necessary, once submitted it is directed to the Customer Care team that
can best serve you. This expedites your request and
ensures a response that is accurate and thorough.
From MyService Center, you will be able track the
quantity and status of MyService Requests. Click on
Open Requests to view inquiries and requests that
are currently pending. Click on Closed Requests to
see which requests have been completed. With this
great tool you’ll find it easier than ever to provide
employees the up-to-date information they need.
They rely on you for assistance and now you have
information at your fingertips, available online 24/7.
How to submit a MyService
Request—
It’s easy to communicate with TASC via our online
Service Request option. Requests submitted via this
secure online portal are processed within 24-48
hours and assigned a work order tracking number.

First login to your account at www.tasconline.
com using your username (or 12-digit TASC
ID) and password. For assistance with login,
please contact Customer Care at 1-800-422-4661.
For speedy assistance, be ready with your TASC
ID.

After you login to your account, click Contact
Us in the screen’s upper right corner.

To submit a Service Request, click Service
Request.

When you click Service Request, a window
opens with drop down menus to guide you
through our frequently asked questions.
Select your relationship with TASC (Participant,
Client, or Provider).
Choose the product line for your account
(FlexSystem, DirectPay, COBRAToday, AgriPlan
BizPlan, etc…).
To ask a question specific to your TASC account
or submit documentation related to your ac
count, choose “Other” as your topic and “I am
unable to find the answer to my inquiry” as your
sub-topic. Scroll down slightly and click Con-
tinue with Service Request to open a free form
text box in which you may type a custom ques-
tion, statement, or request.

If you have opted to Continue with the Service
Request, a free form text box will appear in
which you may type a custom message. Be
cause you are logged in to MyTASC, your contact
information will automatically upload with
your request. If you require a specialized re-
sponse (fax, mail, or telephone follow-up),
please note your contact information in the
request.

If you need to attach a document, select Browse.
Navigate within your saved computer files and
click Open to select the attachment file(s). The
Service Request accepts up to 5MB of PDF, Mi-
crosoft Excel, and Microsoft Word file formats.
Once you have selected all appropriate attach-
ments, click Submit.

After submitting your request, take note of the
Service Request number. This number is tracked
in various TASC systems and can be used to fol-
low up on your request.

If you have additional questions or concerns
regarding the Service Request submission pro-
cess, contact TASC Customer Care at 1-800-422-
4661. Please have your 12-digit TASC ID ready for
speediest access to a product or system special-
ist.
