Onesector is a privately owned construction company,
based on the foundations of three generations of
construction and business experience and an unwavering
commitment to quality workmanship. Onesector has the
resources and experience to deliver projects ranging in
size from$1 million to $45 million.
We are supported by a large network of subcontractors,
suppliers and consultants, enabling us to provide
innovative and quality solutions to our clients. All our key
personnel are equipped with the highest knowledge and

confidence. To date, Onesector has completed over 200
projects valued in excess of $200 million.

NICK RAY
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Managing Director ‘Registered Builder’ Nick Ray, is committed to
the building industry and has been involved in residential, industrial
and commercial construction for over 18 years. Nick started trading
in 2002 and has an impressive portfolio of over 200 projects to date.
Nick has unparalleled knowledge of all facets of the construction
industry with maintenance experience to his credit.
With his formal qualifications and industry experience, Nick’s
role as Managing Director sees him direct and coordinate the
operations of Onesector through effective design, construction
methodologies and delivery methods.

TONY LATIMER
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Tony has nearly fifty years of construction knowledge to his credit
and has gained substantial experience within the construction
industry since qualifying as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager
and Master Builder in the UK. His extensive background in project
delivery has provided him with exposure to a range of building, civil,
structural and mechanical projects with budgets up to $860M.
Tony’s effort at Onesector is to satisfy client needs during the pre
design and pre construction phases; overseeing all operations and
coordinating with the estimating and project management departments.

PAUL GARLAND
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Paul has been extensively involved in the building industry for 30
years and has built a solid career over a comprehensive range of
project management and construction disciplines. His career
started as a Carpenter, and over the years he has moved into
Leading Hand, Site Manager & Project Management roles.
Paul’s strengths include his in-depth knowledge of the industry,
project programming, design coordination and operations. Prior to
joining Onesector Paul spent twenty years at Glenzeil serving as a
key Project Manager for ten years.

DAMIAN HANLEY
PROJECT MANAGER
Damian brings a wealth of construction knowledge to the
Onesector team with over 20 years experience in the building
industry and 10 years in Project Management. Damian has had
experience and exposure to many facets of the building industry
including but not limited to; educational, commercial, industrial,
warehousing, retail, civil projects, residential domestic, high rise
buildings and mining resources.
Damian has a consistent track record of success in delivering
projects of multiple building classes.
