Pre-assembled
distribution manifolds
Te-sa pre-assembled distribution manifolds are
designed for the distribution and regulation of
heat transfer fluid in heating and conditioning
systems.
Available in various configurations, they are
ideally suited to traditional radiator heating
systems, radiant panel heating systems, and, in
the version complete with heat preformed hotmoulded insulation, for conditioning systems.
The particular design of the manifold features a
regular cross-section extruded bar with reduced
pressure drops that assures lower energy
consumption and minimises boiler circulator
pump force.
All Te-sa pre-assembled manifolds are
supplied complete with a delivery manifold,
return manifold, wall mounting brackets,
ball interception valves and end plugs.
According to design type they also feature
flow regulators, micrometric lockshields,
differential by-pass and insulation.
Available in 1 and 1¼ inch versions.

Micrometric adjustment differential

open. The fixed calibration
differential valve is pre-set
to 25 kPa. Differential valves
are installed on by-passes to
reduce any overpressure due
to use of thermostatic valves or

Delivery manifold provided with a flow regulator for direct adjustment and display of the
flow.
The flow is displayed on the transparent indicator with a 0 - 6.0 l/min scale for easy and
immediate balancing of the hydraulic circuit.
To perform adjustment, remove the red tamper-proof cap (1) and rotate the adjustment
dial (3) until the desired flow rate is displayed on the 0 - 6.0 l/m scale of the indicator (2).
After adjusting the flow, replace the tamper-proof cap.
The flow regulator also allows each individual circuit to be fully closed.
Delivery manifold kit for high-temperature fluids with micrometric adjustment
valves.
Delivery manifold provided with a micrometric insert valve for manual flow adjustment.
The internal valve stem features a double O-Ring made from self-lubricating EPDM. The
end part is profiled to minimise drops in pressure and fluid passage noise.
Return manifold with thermostatisable interception valves
Return manifold provided with thermostatisable interception valves pre-set for manual
adjustment or via electrical drive (Art. 116T).
The specially designed internal valve stem features a double O-Ring made from selflubricating EPDM.
The valve obturator is profiled to minimise drops in pressure and fluid passage noise.
Replaceable components
Flow regulators, interception valves and micrometric insert valves can be removed and replaced with specific
spares. Replacement procedures are described below.
