The printer had been unplugged so I plugged it back in. after this the next thing was check the ip. On one of the computers the ip and subnet mask had been changed so I fixed it back to the way it was before. i pinged the other computers and the ping was returned. After this I checked that all the other things I did had not changed all of the other stuff was working fine. The printers drivers had been uninstalled so I reinstalled them and did the test print and it all worked fine. © NZQA 2016
