SPECIFICATION DATA
FEATURES
• Plug-in relay and terminal block can be flush-mounted
to any flat surface or mounted on a DIN rail.
• Two bottom screw terminals, no. 13 and 14, are for the
relay coil. 24 volts applied to these terminals energize
the relay.
• The bottom row of four terminals, no. 9, 10, 11 and 12,
are the common poles of each switch.
• The next row of four terminals, no. 5, 6, 7 and 8, are
the normally open contacts of each switch.
• The top row of four terminals, no. 1, 2, 3 and 4, are the
normally closed contacts.
APPLICATION
The 4 Pole, Double Throw Relay, Model 4PDT-R, is a 24 Vac,
multi-purpose relay. The four sets of single pole, double throw
(spdt) contacts allow the relay to be used to provide several
types of control functions. The 4PDT-R is most commonly
used in the AMPFAD-CP to provide system switching for the
AMPFADC-2 in the economizer mode.

closely controlled conditions, and some minor differences in performance can be expected if those conditions are changed.
