Both the dryer unit and the handle are made of white ABS plastic. The base of the dryer is mounted on the wall by means of a frame onto which it clicks into place. This frame is fixed to the wall by three screws, for which three holes need to be drilled in the wall using an 8mm bit. On the front of the hair dryer base there are two shaver sockets, one 110V flat pin and the other 230V round or flat pin, both of them protected by a flat sliding cover. The base also has a position switch which shuts off the current to the hair dryer when it is hung up, and in the housing of the dryer itself there is a switch with which the air flow can be selected, between low and high positions. The hair dryer comes on automatically when the ergonomic handle/hair dryer head is unhooked and stops when it is hung up again. It has a 50W, 3600 r.p.m. DC motor delivering an air flow of 54m3/h at a speed of 10m/s. The resistor is 750W – 230V, with a heat limiter, allowing the temperature of the air at 10cm to be increased up to 60ºC (ambient temp.:21ºC). The total power rating is 800W at 230V – 50/60Hz. The noise level at a distance of 2 metres is 70dB. The protection class against dripping water is IPX1. Class II. The overall measurements of the hair dryer are 253x182x135mm, and its total weight is 2.2kg. Mounting template: Installation: One hair dryer should be installed per hotel room. Two units may be installed in large bathrooms. The hot air hair dryer must be fitted as shown in fig‐0. The recommended height above the floor varies between 130 and 150cm, or 110 in the case of disabled bathrooms. Operation: Unhook the ergonomic dryer head and it will start up automatically; select the desired air flow using the switch on the dryer head. When you have finished drying your hair, replace the hair dryer head on its base; it will switch off automatically. To use the sockets, lift the sliding front panel and plug in the shaver. Cleaning: A cotton cloth slightly dampened in a soapy solution is recommended. Then dry off.
