comments received by the Council your letter will not be acknowledged in writing,

With regards to Householder applications please note that if an application is
refused by Sevenoaks District Council and the applicant lodges an appeal, further
comments from third parties will no longer be invited by the Planning
Inspectorate. However comments received by us while the application was under
consideration will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate.
