Facility
The TCHS main facility is located in Magnolia, Texas. Our 10,000 square foot, multi-use
facility includes offices, shop space, and a fully stocked inventory for fast turnaround on
orders. We maintain an on-site design, electrical, and welding capability to provide
superior service to our clients at this location. Our parent company Tubal-Cain® Industries
enhances our inherent capability with an additional 60,000 square feet for fabrication and
a machine shop. A full line of service trucks that include two, fully-stocked mobile shops,
transport our product and team anywhere they are needed at a moment’s notice. Clients
and prospective customers are always welcome to tour our shop and offices.

Oil field & Industrial Application
Much of our product line is geared towards the Oil Field, but it is not exclusive to this
industry. In addition to our hydraulic systems and components, our internal Hose Division
provides product for many other industries and markets to include: chemical,
transportation, shipping, and marine.
Hydraulic Systems
TCHS specializes in full hydraulic rig packages for new-build/refurbished rigs, hydraulic
power unit design/manufacturing, and state of the art Rig Moving System upgrade
packages.
In addition, TCHS can provide you with Pipe Wrangler and Iron Roughneck upgrades,
Derrick Equalizing Circuits, Pipe Handling Power Systems, Kelly Spinners, Rotary Tables,
Mobile Systems, Portable Diesel/Gasoline/Electric Power Units, Choke Control Systems,
upgrades to Variable Displacement Systems, Substructure/Derrick/Mast raising systems
with cylinders or winches, and hydraulic catwalks.
All hydraulic power units are redundant systems, complete with a manifold panel that
includes interchangeable plates to fit almost any function or application. Complete rental

The vast majority of our work consists of custom
solutions for unique applications. When your
application requires a custom cylinder, we can
help. At TCHS we design and manufacture custom
cylinders in practically any size, shape, and in a

TCHS will custom build and program kits to automate and monitor your system. PLC, HMI,

Service, Installs & Repair
Tubal-Cain® Hydraulic Solutions offers a complete range of hydraulic services which
includes: field service; trouble-shooting and installations; cylinder service; repair of all
makes and models of hydraulic components; and maintenance programs for total service of
your hydraulic components and systems. TCHS hydraulic technicians are available 24 hrs
and our fully-stocked mobile shop truck units are available upon request.
Hose Division
TCHS Hose Division is a distributor for Hydraulic, Chemical, Petroleum, Air, Metal Hose,
Expansion Joints and related fittings and accessories. TCHS will fabricate and assemble
virtually every type of hose used in industry today. In addition, we maintain a large
inventory available for immediate shipment.

Scheduled/On-Call Service
Scheduled Service
TCHS offers on-site service to satisfy our customer’s hydraulic needs. Our technicians and
engineers can provide detailed assessments of existing hydraulic systems and determine
what actions or modifications can help improve performance and/or develop a
preventative maintenance program to help reduce maintenance down time. Our Mobile
Shop Trucks are fully equipped and are also available for scheduled service and installation
work. We take pride in becoming an integral part of your service team.
On-Call Service

handling the most complex situations. Our technicians are ready to respond to your oncall service needs from two Texas locations: Magnolia and Midland/Odessa.
Mobile Shop Trucks
Tubal-Cain® Hydraulic Solutions Mobile Shop Trucks are fully-stocked, fully-equipped

Rig Moving System
Tubal-Cain® Hydraulic Solutions state of the art rig moving system will give you the ability
to evenly and safely lift and move over 2.6 million pounds at a rate of approximately 70 feet
per hour in any direction needed. Our system packages come with everything needed to
make your rigs start moving, from electronics with a fully integrated touch-screen PLC and
the ease of being full radio controlled to the HPUs themselves. TCHS’s walking system will
get your rig over the hole quicker, easier, and safer than any other system on the market.
