Joint Finger Probe
in accordance with VDE 0470 part 2 picture 2 probe B resp. IEC/EN 61032:1993

MP-100.04A
Access probe to assess protection of persons against access to dangerous parts and the proof of protection
against access with a finger.
The joint parts are made of high-grade steel. The handle and the stop surface consist of polyamide. In accordance
with the standards the links can be positioned at a right angle. For contact- and continuity checks a 4 mm receptacle is integrated at the handle, that is conductively connected to the finger probe.
Joint Finger Probe UL
in accordance with UL-norm UL 153, UL 197, UL 507, UL 1026, UL 1082
Access probe to assess protection of persons against access to dangerous parts in accordance with UL norm.
The joint parts and also the stop surface are made of high-grade steel. The handle consists of polyamide. The links
can be positioned at a right angle.
A 4 mm receptacle is integrated at the handle, which is conductively connected to the finger probe.

The joint parts of the finger Ø 8.6 mm are made of high-grade steel. The handle and the arm extension consist of
polyamide. The links can be positioned at a right angle.
For contact- and continuity checks a 4 mm receptacle is integrated at the handle and at the arm extension. This
is conductively connected to the finger probe. After the removal of the protection cover, the arm extension can be
screwed onto the finger probe. Note: The arm extension must be ordered separately!
Children Joint Finger Probe
in accordance with VDE 0470 part 2 picture 13 probe 19 resp. IEC/EN 61032 with arm

Access probe to assess protection of children 36 months of age and younger.
The joint parts Ø 5.6 mm are made of high-grade steel. The handle and the arm extension consist of polyamide.
Both links can be bend at an angle of 90 degree. For contact- and continuity checks a 4 mm receptacle is integrated at the handle and at the arm extension. This is conductively connected to the finger probe. After the removal
of the protection cover, the arm extension can be screwed onto the finger probe.
Note: The arm extension must be ordered separately!
Rigid Finger Probe with Compression Spring
in accordance with VDE 0470 part 2 picture 7 probe 11 resp. IEC/EN 61032

Access probe to assess mechanical resistance of touchable parts, with integrated compression spring in accordance with norm EN 60335-1 picture 7 and force scale from 0-50 N in 5 N-intervalls.
The probe is made of high-grade steel. In accordance with the standards the fingertip conforms to the dimensions
of the flexible finger probe MP-100.04A, picture 2, standard EN 61032.
In the handle, which is made of polyamide, is an integrated 4 mm receptacle for contact- and continuity checks.

in accordance with VDE 0470 part 2 picture 7 probe 11 resp. IEC/EN 61032

Access probe to the assessment of mechanical consistence of touchable parts, with integrated compression spring
in accordance with norm EN 60335-1 picture 7 and force scale from 0-100 N in 10 N-intervalls.
The probe is made of high-grade steel. In accordance with the standards the fingertip conforms to the measures
of the flexible finger probe MP-100.04A, picture 2, norm EN 61032. In the handle, which is made of polyamide,
is an integrated 4 mm receptacle for contact- and continuity checks.

Access probe to assess protection of persons against access to dangerous parts and to assess the mechanical
resistance of openings in the enclosure or inner separations.
The finger probe is made of high-grade steel in accordance with the standards. The fingertip conforms the measures of the flexible finger probe MP-100.04A, picture 2, standard EN 61032.
The handle consists of polyamide, there is a 4 mm receptacle for contact- and continuity checks.

Rigid Finger Probe with Spherical Radius
in accordance with VDE 0805 part 1 picture 2c resp. IEC/EN 60950-1
Access probe to verify the safety of touching live parts.
The 80 mm long probe is made of high-grade steel and has a diameter of 12 mm. The result is a spherical radius
of 6 mm at the probe tip.
The handle consists of polyamide. It has a 4 mm receptacle for contact- and continuity checks.

Fingernail Probe
in accordance with VDE 0700 part 1 picture 7 resp. IEC/EN 60335-1

The fingernail is made of high-grade steel. It can be attached to all inflexible finger probes and is used for the
verification of the sufficient mechanical resistance of parts which are likely to be touched.
On the finger tip, which can be bent to an angle of 90 degree, a grommet for the tensile test is attached.

The rigid test sphere Ø 50 mm is made of high-grade steel. It is chromed and hardened. The handle is made of
plastic. For contact- and continuity checks it has an integrated 4 mm receptacle which is conductively connected
to the test ball.

Access- and object probe for the ascertainment of protection of persons against access to dangerous parts and
also against access with a tool. Additionally the probe can be used for the assessment of the degree of protection
of enclosures against the intrusion of solid particles ≥ 2,5 mm.
The probe has a 100 mm long, sharpened metal test bar Ø 2,5 mm and a stop surface of Ø 35 mm.
The handle and the stop surface are made of plastic. For contact- and continuity checks it has an integrated 4 mm
receptacle which is conductively connected to the test bar.

Access- and object probe for the detection of protection of persons against access to dangerous parts and also
against access with a tool. Additionally the probe can be used for the assessment of the degree of protection of
enclosures against the intrusion of solid particles ≥ 1,0 mm. The probe has a 100 mm long, sharpened metal test
bar Ø 1 mm and a stop surface with Ø 35 mm.
The handle and the stop surface are made of plastic. For contact- and continuity checks it has an integrated 4 mm
receptacle which is conductively connected to the test bar.

Access- and object probe for the detection of protection of persons against access to dangerous, active parts and
also against the accidental access with a tool e.g. screwdriver or with a similarly sharp object.
The cylinder test pin Ø 4 mm is 50 mm long. It is made of high-grade steel and enclosed in a plastic holder.
There is a 4 mm receptacle conductively connected to the probe for contact- and continuity checks.

The cylinder test pin is 15 mm long and passes conical from Ø 4 mm to Ø 3 mm. The probe part is made of highgrade steel and enclosed in a plastic holder.
There is a 4 mm receptacle conductively connected to the probe for contact- and continuity checks.

In accordance with the standards for contact tests the electrical continuity can be tested with access probes in
accordance with VDE 0470 part 2. A visible and audible signal is output at a resistance of ≤ 15 Ω.
The required potential-free test voltage of 48 V is be created with a safety transformer. The power supply is provided via a 230 V network connection. Two 4 mm safety connection cables are included in the delivery.
