SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
The working language of the conference is English. Submit the full paper (six pages) as PDF following the IEEE
layout requirements by using the templates given at the conference web page: http://iecon2016.org. Accepted and
presented papers will be published in an IEEE Proceedings volume and will be included in IEEE Xplorer and indexed

The conference will include Special Sessions on highly specialized topics reporting technical trends and
breakthroughs within the scope of the conference. Special Sessions are organized at the initiative of one or more
individuals (up to three), who must adhere to specific procedures published at the conference website .
TUTORIALS
As tradition, IECON2016 will include a significant number of Tutorials on cutting edge technologies in industrial
electronics. Therefore, the Organizing Committee invites outstanding researchers in respective area to propose halfday (3 hours) or full-day (6 hours) tutorials to be presented during the conference. Proposals should include: title,
name of instructor(s), a 500 word (max) abstract, a detailed list of topics, instructor's CV, a list of most relevant
STUDENT AND YOUNG PROFESSIONALS FORUM
The Industrial Electronics Society (IES) Student & Young Professionals Forum (S-YP Forum) offers activities and
opportunities for engineering students and recently graduated engineers to present their R&D work in Industrial
Electronics, and to build contacts with their peers. Forum activities are specially thought to help students and young
professionals develop networking connections. Best S-YP Forum papers will be awarded and travel grants will be

for a practical, open exchange on edge-leading technology and your role in driving it forward. Attendees will discuss
