Note: Visa can be refused without assigning any reason.

Complete Visa Application Form
The following should be attached with the visa application form:
2 Current passport size photographs (in color)
Photocopy of passport
Reference letter from workplace / educational institution etc.
Flight details, hotel booking and schedule of visit
Complete addresses and places to visit in Pakistan
Additional documentation, as required
Please note the following additional requirements for different categories of visas. In case a
specific category is not indicated, kindly contact the Consular Section for further

Tourist Visas
As indicated in Requirements above:
Trekking: (Below 6000 meters) Permit is not required.
Mountaineering: Permit is required for mountaineering before visa is issued.

Visa application(s) for under 18 years old applicants can only be submitted by

Applicants having Permanent Residence in Mexico, Guatemala, El
Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama and Belize can apply for visa to the Embassy
of Pakistan.
Original Resident Permanent with copy.
National of other countries should apply for visa in their country of
origin/residence.

Passport should be valid for six months from travel date.
No column in the visa application form should be left blank. Incomplete forms will not be
accepted. Supportive documents should be submitted, where indicated.
Visa is liable to be cancelled if information requested in the form is withheld or found to
be incorrect.
Proof of financial support may be required.
Applicants will be asked to appear for an interview.
Visa fee is charged per person and not per passport.
Fee is only payable in only in Scotiabank against receipt. The Embassy does not accept
cash under any circumstances.
Please ensure that the original Embassy receipt issued at the time of submission of
documents for the return/collection of documents is produced at the time of collection of
documents.
The documents will only be returned to the applicant.
Application form and other documents submitted to the Embassy will not be returned.
