Your Principal (or Superintendent) should also print and sign his/her name to confirm all items have been completed. Once
all assignments are completed and the verification sheet is signed by the appropriate personnel, scan the entire file into an
email. Then, email entire file, including verification sheet, to plu@ahsaa.com
Required Assignments to Earn a PLU
Participants must complete all required assignments listed to earn one (1) PLU.
_____ Attend the 2013 AHSAA Summer Conference Administrative Sessions on Friday, July 19 and be
scanned, upon entry and departure into all required sessions.
_____ Participate in a c2cschools computer software training session with c2c personnel (or with school
personnel who have been trained by c2c personnel)
_____ Read the two research articles regarding athletic demographics in high schools AND complete
blog requirements as outlined in handout
_____ Create a school athletic profile which answers all (and additional questions, if desired) questions
as outlined on handout
_____ Formulate a plan of action to remediate those student-athletes who, based on the above study, are
struggling academically or socially
_____ Use Edmodo to complete post-reflection blogs on personal thoughts regarding speakers and/ or
topics heard during the break-out sessions of the Summer Conference
_____ Class Session (Fully Participate)
