Add a procedure and a category To be able to create a procedure, you must be connected as « procedure designer ». Click on the action button « Procedures », and click on « Add a procedure ». 1.1 Categroies Procedures can be classed by categories. Click on « categories » and on « add a category ». On the properties page of each procedure, a list allow you to choose the category to which belong the procedure. Pages : 3 de 11 2. Properties of a procedure The name is mandatroy. The description and the choice of a category are optionnal. 2.1 Deployment statut It allow to « protect » a procedure. It will not appear to the procedure laucher untill the statut is on « under develepment ». 2.2 Simultaneous launches This allow to limit the number of simultaneous launches of a same procedure. Procedures can be launched simultaneously to infinity if the number of simultaneous launches is set to « 0 ». Pages : 4 de 11 3. The workflow of the procedure This allow to add and delete steps. The access to the detail of a step or to the launching formular can be done via the diagram or via the navigation on the left. Pages : 5 de 11 4. The launching formular The launching formular is optional. It allow to ask to the procedure launcher to indicate informations which can be exploited in messages, for example. To add fields in the launching formular, Click on a field and slide it in the page of the formular (on the right side), The formular can comport several pages. One page can be conditionned. It will appear according to the value that the procedure launcher will indicate in one or several fields. Example : if the field « Concerned Building » = « Building A » then the page 2 appears but if the field « Concerned Building » = « Building B » then no page 2. 4.1 First(s) step(s) According to results of the formular, le procedure can be direct differently. Example : si field « Concerned Building » = « Building A » then step 1 but if field « Concerned Building » = « Building B » then step 2. Pages : 6 de 11 5. The step The step is composed by one or several messages. It's possible to add an objective or not. If the step has a defined goal, it's possible to add a step that will run only if the goal is not reached. 5.1 Cunter-objective evaluation The cunter-objective represents the moment when the objective is not reachable any more. When it happens, by default AlarmTILT pass to the next action and do not wait for all responses. The activation of the cunter-objective let the choice of the coportment that AlarmTILT must adopt. Pages : 7 de 11 5.2 Messages The deadline represents the maximal waiting time for this message before to pass to the following message or step. Destinations can be conditionned. If the field « Concerned Building » = « Building A », then a group of persons will be contacted which could be different that if the « Concerned Building » = « Building B ». The message can comport variations for each medias (email, sms,…). Pages : 8 de 11 5.3 Responses (Goal) : The stap can comport an reply objective : It's possible to send several messages to different destiantions untill the goal is not reached. Messages can be sent before pass to the following step of the procedure to inform destinations that are not responded that the 10 necessary persons have been found, for example. This is called a « Post Goal Message ». 5.4 Following steps If your step contain a goal, it will be possible to direct the procedure in 2 different directions, according to the reaching of the goal. Pages : 9 de 11 6. Permissions By default, all procedure launchers can launch all procedures. If the access control is activated, it is possible to authorize only some users. To be able to give launching permission of a procedure, click on the action button « trigger » and then on « procedures » to obtain a list of procedures. 6.1 Add authorizations for some contacts To give permission to some contacts, select « access control enabled » and click on « add authorizations » to select contacts in the list. 6.2 Launch the procedure by email By activating the email triggering, the procedure will be triggerable by email. All authorized contacts will be able to launch it by email. 6.3 Filter authorized contacts to launch the procedure by email Only contacts whose email address will be written in the field « Email address » will be able to lauch it by email. Other authorized contacts can do this via the AlarmTILT webinterface. Pages : 10 de 11 6.4 Add launching conditions A procedure launched by email can be launched only if some conditions are respected. The procedure stay launchable without conditions via the AlarmTILT web interface. Pages : 11 de 11
