Mediasphere’s Learning Management System products (online training software) and Content
Management System products (website software) to the global marketplace. The goals we wish to set

 Growth and development of existing and new business in your territory.
 Satisfactory sales and profitability for both parties.
 Reputable and professional service to clients.
 Personal and financial satisfaction.
The benefit of a channel centric strategy is for Mediasphere to leverage off a diverse range of
independent operators that have established businesses that operate in one or more of the following:

Geographic area (region).

Vertical market (Government, Corporate, Education, Not-for-Profit).

Specialised sub-market (HR products and services)

Product specialization.
The expansion will be managed through the strategic expansion of the existing Global Channel Partner
Program. These independent operators form the Channel Partner Program and Mediasphere is
interested in working with operators in all market verticals and the targeted geographic areas with
the following channel attributes:
 Exposure to an established customer base.
 Utilise an existing sales force.
 Facilitate cross selling of our product with their existing products.
 Gain representation in geographic areas.
 Gain representation in vertical & sub-vertical markets.

account. In this model, learners purchase courses, webinars and/or training events online. The
Activation Key Module allows clients to distribute keys to end users to assign learners without eCommerce. Individual Learner Account fees apply to this group.
A Learner Account is a single access fee for each learner (user account) that is added to the platform.
A Learner Account is an annual license that provides access for a single learner to unlimited courses,
webinars or events published to the training portal in a 12 month period.
The Learner Account is activated when a learner accesses a course, registers for an event or registers
for a webinar. A Learner Account is also activated when an end user orders a package of learner
accounts through the Activation Key Module. Once activated, the learner can order unlimited
courses, events and webinars for the next 12 months. There is no other learner fee payable to during
that period. Learner accounts cannot be transferred or re-used. Additional Learner Accounts can be
purchased at any time.

Product Royalties
4.4.1 Partner Royalties on the Mediasphere Corporate Training Suite
The Partner Royalties are paid to accredited partners on all training platforms. This information
provides the royalty levels for the InductNow, CertNow, CPDNow and CourseCommerce and the
ConnectLMS products based on the following activities:

Sales Royalties
A Sales Royalty is applicable when the Agent presents Mediasphere with an approved Sales
Order from a client to purchase an annual license for one of the training products. The
payment is made to the Partner after the client has paid in full for the project.

Referral Royalties
A referral sale means that an accredited partner has promoted the training platform product
to their clients or prospective clients in their territory. The Referral Sales process involves
providing Mediasphere with the details of the prospective client. The Agent will have
previously promoted the product to their client base and will provide the contact details of
their prospective clients for Mediasphere to manage the sales process. When a prospective
customer orders and pays for the new platform project, the Agent will provide Mediasphere
with an invoice based on the corresponding royalty percentage. The recurrent Referral Sales
royalty is paid to the partner on the receipt of the annual renewal being paid by the client.
