In this model, learners purchase courses, webinars and/or training events online. The Activation Key Module allows clients to distribute keys to end users to assign learners without eCommerce. Individual Learner Account fees apply to this group. A Learner Account is a single access fee for each learner (user account) that is added to the platform. A Learner Account is an annual license that provides access for a single learner to unlimited courses, webinars or events published to the training portal in a 12 month period. The Learner Account is activated when a learner accesses a course, registers for an event or registers for a webinar. This information provides the royalty levels for the InductNow, CertNow, CPDNow and CourseCommerce and the ConnectLMS products based on the following activities: Sales Royalties A Sales Royalty is applicable when the Agent presents Mediasphere with an approved Sales Order from a client to purchase an annual license for one of the training products. The payment is made to the Partner after the client has paid in full for the project. Referral Royalties A referral sale means that an accredited partner has promoted the training platform product to their clients or prospective clients in their territory. The Referral Sales process involves providing Mediasphere with the details of the prospective client. The Agent will have previously promoted the product to their client base and will provide the contact details of their prospective clients for Mediasphere to manage the sales process. When a prospective customer orders and pays for the new platform project, the Agent will provide Mediasphere with an invoice based on the corresponding royalty percentage. The recurrent Referral Sales royalty is paid to the partner on the receipt of the annual renewal being paid by the client.
