INTRO TO CLINICAL RESEARCH
This module will cover the main aspects of clinical
research. Upon completion, participants will
have learned what clinical research is, the rules
and regulations under which it is performed,
and will have acquired high level insights in five
therapy areas as well as best practices in the
field. All topics will be taught by professional
practitioners, researchers and academics with
years of experience on the subject.
Following years of experience in the pharmaceutical
industry, attendees will learn in detail the principles
of clinical development as well as the most recent
trends in these fields.
This module is designed for professionals with
experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and
is focused on continuous learning in the field
of pharmacovigilance. It will offer an overview
of the principles of pharmacovigilance and
will describe the latest changes both in data
capture and analysis with regard to benefit-risk
ratio including current pharmacoepidemiology
developments.
